What if the candidate quits or doesn't work out?

You get a three-month guarantee starting from their hire date. If the candidate leaves for any reason within that period, we replace them at no extra cost.

How is "one month of gross salary" calculated?

Based on the gross monthly salary the candidate receives at signing. It does not include benefits, bonuses, or variable compensation.

How long does the process take?

We typically deliver the first evaluated shortlist within one to two weeks, depending on the role. Executive or highly specialized searches may take longer.

Do you work with startups or only large companies?

We work with both. Our success-based model makes us a good fit for startups that don't want to commit budget upfront.
